Date Night Outfits featuring Adore Me!

What comes to mind when you hear the term "the perfect date"? With the right partner, I imagine that anything could happen. For me? I imagine an evening with unforgettable and laughter. I'd love to ride coasters, eat fried food and win stuffed animals at an amusement park before settling in to a good cuddle. Or, sitting in the back of a hayride, picking apples and walking among pumpkins...before settling in to a good cuddle (peep the common denominator here). Good dates make us happy! Well they make me happy, at the least! They give us tea to tell our besties and something to look forward to in the future. And not to mention, they give us excuses to piece together the perfect outfit!

The off-the-shoulder top thing is extremely "in" right now, and who wants to deal with straps while having fun? Exactly. The popping red of this set highlights the subtle hints of red in the outfit, turning up the heat of fun indeed. I love flatform shoes because they give me the height without the hurt, and as a hippy girl I take every opportunity to sport a pencil skirt. This is a 70s inspired outfit sure to get all eyes on you.

I loooooovvveeee this set! It's that perfect "greige-nude" color that looks fabulously on anyone in my opinion. Not to mention...look at that push up capability! This pear shaped sista is all here for it. So it only felt right to stay along the lines of the flirty playful look by playing with a bomb pattern! These pants are to die for - and surely are the eye piece of the outfit, so everything else is complementary. Knit tops offer a figure hugging yet casual aesthetic, perfect for a night of "ussies"!

This last look is for the date night that's just as fun as any, but more on the chill side. I can dress it to the 9's like anyone, but even I can truly appreciate a comfortable chic appeal. The halter look of this bralet set inspired a freely living 'fit of fringes, army green and dad hats. With a classic Adidas sneaker and a nude lip, anything is possible - while also looking great! Anything can happen with a night of fringes!

Monday started another week of shuffling through LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Jopwell and other various job boards. Another week of sending my resumé out into a black hole and crossing my fingers that this would be the "one." Bienvenidos a Argentina: Be Kind to Yourself

Today marks the end of 2017's first full week! I hope the year is off to a rejuvinating start for everyone. Oh, and today also marks the end of my first week in Buenos Aires, Argentina! For those of you who don't know, I'll be interning here until the end of March. As any journalist would, I definitely did my homework on Argentina before getting here. The food, the music, the culture at large - and how I would fit in with it. As with any place, there's a variety of experiences people had. Here are some of mine, as well as thoughts and some photos I took along the way. Being in Argentina has already showed me the beauty in slowing down.
